Does this work with Shopify Plus stores?
Yes. Plus stores work the same as standard Shopify from a public-URL perspective — we watch the same paths and behave identically.
Will OffAlerts slow down my store?
No. We make one small request every few minutes, identical to a regular visitor. Shopify is built for millions of pageviews; our traffic is statistically zero.
Will Shopify's bot detection block your checks?
No. We use a normal browser user-agent, check at reasonable intervals, and don't interact with cart or checkout — we only look at public pages. Shopify treats us exactly like a one-pageview-per-interval visitor.
Can I monitor multiple stores on one account?
