General Settings

Account

You’ll be able to use this tab to adjust basic profile settings, enable two-factor authentication, and change your password. See each section below for instructions and information for each section.

Profile Settings

You’ll be able to change some basic information about your user profile here. All steps are optional.

Step 1: Change Associated Name
Change the name associated with your account.

Step 2: Change Email
Change the email associated with your account. If you update this setting, an email confirmation was sent to the new email address. Make sure to check and confirm it via email.

Step 3: Change Timezone
Change your preferred way of displaying dates by selecting your preference from the dropdown.

If you are done on the settings page, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button to save any changes.

Two-Factor Authentication

If you wish to set up two-factor authentication on your account,  you’ll be able to set it up here. This will allow you to use a mobile authentication app to get a verification code that you can enter every time you log into your account as an extra security measure. 

Step 1: Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Using the dropdown, select Yes to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 2: Scan the QR Code Using an Authenticator App
Using your mobile app, scan the QR code to add your OffAlerts account. You will need to already have a mobile authentication app installed. If you don’t, you’ll need to install one first, such as Google Authenticator.

Step 3: Enter Your Token
On your Mobile App, there should be a code now associated with your OffAlerts account (this will update in regular intervals). Enter this 6-digit token to confirm the setup. Be sure to hit update within the time interval that the code is valid to ensure proper registration.

Once your Two Factor Authentication has been set up, you’ll need to use your mobile authenticator app every time you log into OffAlerts. If you are done on the settings page, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update button to save any changes.

Change Your Password

You’ll be able to change your password here.

Step 1: Enter Your Current Password
Enter your current password.

Step 2: Enter Your New Password
Enter an updated, secure password.

Step 3: Repeat New Password
Retype your new password to confirm it.

Step 4: Click Update
Click the Update button to confirm your password change. Once you do, you will be logged out of your account and will need to sign in again with your new password.


Plan 

You will be able to view and adjust the plan associated with your account on this page.

Upgrade Your Plan
If you wish to upgrade your plan, you’ll be able to click near the Update Plan button on the top right corner of the screen. To compare plan information, you can review the documentation here.

Redeem a Code

You’ll be able to redeem a promo code here. Once you input a code, hit Enter on your keyboard. Redeeming a code will cancel your current plan and automatically switch you to the new plan associated with the code.


Payments

If you’re not using a free account, you’ll be able to use this section to manage payments on your account.


Referrals

You’ll have the option to invite people to use OffAlerts software and earn commission based on your referrals. If you invite people using the provided following link, you will receive 7% of all of their payments to the platform. You will be able to make a withdrawal request after you reach an amount of at least 100 USD. Payments are sent monthly via PayPal.

Step 1: Utilize Your Referral Link
You’ll be able to see your referral link here. You can copy this link and send it to others. If they sign up using your referral link, you’ll be eligible for commissions. 

Step 2: View Referral Statistics
You’ll be able to view statistics related to your referral link.

  • Referrals: The number of people who have signed up using your link.
  • Paying Referrals: The number of people who have signed up using your link and have paid for a plan at least once.
  • Pending Commissions: Commissions you have pending. These are held for 30 days for confirmation before approval. 
  • Approved Commissions: Commissions that have been approved and are eligible to be withdrawn. 

Step 3: Enter a Withdrawal Amount
Enter the amount of USD you wish to withdraw.  You will not be able to make a withdrawal if your account is under $100 USD.

Step 4: Enter a Note
You have the option to enter a note associated with your withdrawal request here.

Step 5 Submit Withdrawal Request
Once done, you’ll be able to submit a withdrawal request. Note that once the request is approved, payments are sent out monthly via PayPal.


Logs

This tab allows you to view your account logs. It lists your most important recorded activity, such as logins, IP Addresses, email changes, and invalid passwords. 


API

This tab displays your API Key. If needed, you’ll be able to generate a new key by clicking the Regenerate API Key button. If you need access to API documentation instead, you can find it here.


Delete Account

You’ll be able to delete your account here. By deleting the account, all of your stored data will be deleted. This action is irreversible.


Light & Dark Mode

You’ll be able to switch between Light and Dark mode by clicking the corresponding link in the footer.
